Delete your Hauslo data

In the app (instant)

1. Open Hauslo and tap the three dots (…) at the top right.
2. Choose Delete my data and confirm.

This removes your wallet and credits, every saved picture and the words saved with it, your recovery code and your purchase records from our server, right away. The app then starts fresh. Credits cannot be restored after deletion.

If you cannot open the app

If you uninstalled Hauslo or lost the phone, email contact@managewithoptima.com with the subject “Delete my Hauslo data” and one of these, so we can find your wallet:

• the support code shown under your credits in the app menu (it starts with w_),
• your recovery code (it starts with HAUS), or
• a Google Play order number from a purchase (it starts with GPA).

We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. A wallet we cannot match to one of these cannot be found, because we do not know who you are.

What is not deleted

Google keeps its own record of your purchases under Google's privacy policy. OpenAI and Anthropic handle photos while making a picture under their own policies, as described in the privacy policy. Short-lived anti-abuse counters expire by themselves within a few days.
